Thoughts on the U.S. Presidential Election

No matter who becomes President, the world will be different in four years from now.

Those of us, Baby Boomers, will need to plan for turbulence and volatility both home and abroad.

Financially, hunkering down is a good thing.

Learning to adapt quickly to changing circumstances; even better.

While we are political and social creatures by nature, no one will “win” this election.  The best we may hope for is equal strife, fewer world confrontations and pray for no more war. These ideals are doubtful as the people we elect often see war as an economic option for the voters and a way to fashion a broader economy, albeit, a darker one.
